Diane Jansak graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Brigham Young University in 1986. She has also specialized in women's emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual health & well-being. Dianne has worked as a counselor and life coach in a variety of settings. As a Re-Entry Program designer and counselor, she helped older students adjust to college life. As a counselor for incest victims, she worked with both individuals and groups. As a mental health therapist for a county mental health center, she was the designated "Women's Issues" therapist. Dianne has taught adult education classes and has been evaluated a "truly gifted, master teacher" by her students. Dianne has faced a variety of life challenges that give her a unique perspective on helping people, with a wealth of practical knowledge and wisdom that cannot be learned from books alone.

Essential elements of her counseling philosophy and goals include:

a) To have exquisite regard for the client, and respect wherever they may be at the beginning of the process;

b) To map out a realistic, workable plan to help guide the client toward their goals;

c) To provide a safe, supportive environment where the client can honestly examine their life, and do the work that needs to be done;

d) To teach the client to access their own inner strengths, gifts, talents, guidance and wisdom; and to overcome weaknesses, fears, limitations and regrets;

e) To offer a wise, knowledgeable, experienced and supportive companion to accompany the client on their personal journey of healing, personal discovery and growth;

f) To offer a variety of tools and techniques, to accomplish the client's goals;

g) To work with the client to heal their wounds, discover their possibilities, and celebrate their unique potentials.
